Comments on Florchakh Dot Com

For a period of time I have been thinking about establishing the way that users add comments below my writings, finally there appeared 3 goals to accomplish:

to set a comment policy (inspired by Jeremy)
to write about my approach to use of nofollow parameter
to integrate these things within the comments layout
