Alright folks, there was no way for me to publish new stuff there recently BUT finally it looks like I have a little bit more free time now… And of course I’m gonna go back to my postings ;)

Wordpress theme has been modified once again – both header and sidebar were changed, also I removed all sucky adsense units from there. Wordpress installation was upgraded to the newest stable version – it was challenging indeed, I wonder how all the not-tech-savvy users cope with it…

PS Yes, font used for new logo comes from Ubuntu. If you wish you can download it there OR just use apt-get command listed below (only Ubuntu users 8) ):

apt-get install ttf-ubuntu-title

    The previous layout was better, or I just got used to it. :)

    Did you remove the AdSense ads for any other reason than just renovating your layout?

    This time it looks much more clean, I think. I removed adsense because of lack of their “context”. I want people to focus on content of my site, not on these sucky CPC units filled full with worthless crap 8)

    Noo theme is clean 4 sure, but I liked the old one too….

    How much hassle was upgarde? I have avoided latest WP as I have heard it is a pain, and really cannot be bothered….

    No way, old version of theme is gone and won’t ever be back!

    Some of plugins don’t work properly, some pieces of code need to be replaced with another pieces of code… Just do a search at wordpress.org ;)

    Like Jez, I too haven’t upgraded WordPress. When my exams are over, I will. After first testing it out on another account of course.

    Why don’t you explain how you went about it, Florchakh?

    I like this new theme much better. The old one was a bit too green.

    Haha, I’m glad to hear that you like it, Marc. I totally agree with you – sidebar was too green, and header was too black :)

    Well, it looks like you missed with the previous one Jon. However, new theme is the way better so let’s say you have nothing to worry about. I’m prepering new posts currently, just let me finish that one :P
