One another possible improvement for Google AdSense

I’ve got one another idea for Google’s program improvement. Today when I was reading a post about advantages of good arrangement of ads (PL), I found the third thing that could be mentioned within my recent entry about Google Adsense possible improvements.

Most of you do know well that sequence of occurrence of AdSense codes used within code of every single page is one of the most important things for an AdSense publisher. All ads are ordered by eCPM (which means cost per click x click-through rate), so we can say that ones that are loaded at first usually do drive the best earnings.

This is why I wrote that we are forced to play with CSS and adjust our site design to Google AdSense.

And the question is - why we are not able to set order of ads simply through the AdSense account, without the risk of getting banned after setting postion:absolute for ads within the page template?

Aren’t ads sorted by eCPM calculated for the entire AdSense network? I’m not sure… If so, that’s another thing that should be changed, because one ad may perform much better (better CTR thus better eCPM) on specific website than on the rest of AS network…

It’s enough to have more than 20 million page views a month and you can acquire for premium service. Who cares?

If I had 20,000,000 pageviews each month I would probably already have found a better way to monetize that traffic than AdSense. ;)

Adsense still would probably be the best way.

    Two typos.
