For a period of time I have been thinking about establishing the way that users add comments below my writings, finally there appeared 3 goals to accomplish:
- to set a comment policy (inspired by Jeremy)
- to write about my approach to use of nofollow parameter
- to integrate these things within the comments layout

It’s good to hear that your considering a comment policy, they are really handy when you have a user that is kind of an annoyance but you don’t want to get rid of their comment because they seem like the type that would scream “censorship” on Digg like a 2 year old.
That is one bad part of the copyright laws, if you don’t have a policy and remove a comment the user could go after you for violating their copyright and crap (I don’t think that has happened yet, but with the way society is going it wouldn’t surprise me if it did).
