Court has reminded me about next Google PageRank update, and I’m scared. I’ve neglected one of my sites, and I’m afraid of PageRank cutting, decrease of PageRank note is equal to drop of earnings from advertisers. For a period of time there are only a few new incoming links, no fresh content. Also I have removed several outgoing links, and added a few nofollows, so it will be interesting a lot to see how Google will receive it. There are only 3 options - coldly (rank decreasing), with interest (no changes, some nice increase will be welcomed very warm), or all my “unintentional” doings will be just pissed on. I guess third possibility is highly probable.
Also, next PageRank Update will be interesting for Florchakh Dot Com. I’ve started to blog on February, in 5 months it has got PR3. I haven’t done any external SEO for this blog, so getting PR5 would be pretty satisfying, I think.
I’m scared a lot, srsly.

Bart,
Nice blog. There nothing to worry about. The PageRank you are going to see, has been in the ranking formula for at least a couple of months. Google updates the PR scores all the time but they make them visible every 3 moths. The ones they make visible ones are not the latest ones. They did that to avoid webmasters fixation on the green bar.

Hamlet, I know how it works. And this is why I’m scared - if Google decreases currently showed rank, I won’t be able to fix that damn green bar over 3 next months… Till the next PageRank update will appear

Johnny, we’re talking about Google PageRank, not about search engine results pages. I guess your site is in sandbox actually, do mind it and keep the good work. Some day it will disappear, sooner or later… You don’t have to worry
