Call me an unobservant john, but while I was writing last post about changes coming to MyBlogLog service, I haven’t noticed that their stuff has brazenly killed my beloved avatar with an animated evil girl taken from The Ring Movie. See, usually when I browse websites I am keeping opened around 20 tabs and more, so I got used to the fact that animated gifs doesn’t work and I can see only the first frame of them.
I switched from my previous eye-popping avatar (hot blonde chick with huge battleships, if you haven’t read this post) in order to make my MyBlogLog account a little more personal. And now when I look at my MyBlogLog account, what can I see? Animated pictures which were the only way to separate your profile from the crowd of other users are turned off. And they are trying to argue it by talking about some plans of removing offensive avatars in order to hit more conservative public. The question is - are the animated ones more offensive than use of hot chicks within the profile? Of course not, but animated gifs are disabled, while all these girls are still in. That’s wrong!
So I’m boiled. And I have changed my approach. Be sure that soon I will be back with picture of some celebrity taken straight from some adult website, and set on my MyBlogLog avatar ![]()
